Verizon and Live Nation Team Up for Ticket Sale and 5G Partnership

Verizon, an eminent American wireless network operator has collaborated with Live Nation to offer exclusive ticket pre-sales and 5G technology to entertainment venues. Live Nation is a popular US-based entertainment company that promotes, operates, and manages ticket sales for global events. Verizon will offer its 5G strength to create an immersive experience during live events. With its 5G ultraband that is built for large-scale events, it empowers clubs to share and download content (photo, video, etc.) at a speed 10X faster than 4G.

The company also launched a new ‘First Access’ program, that will allow Verizon members to book tickets for popular events offered by Live Nation. Ticket access to Verizon’s 100 million strong customer base will help Live Nation to augment the sales rate and assist drive more revenue for the company.

AR filters, integration of 5G multi-cam features, virtual venues with 5G-captured performances in 3D world, etc., help create a mesmerizing experience during events. Live Nation hopes to elevate customer experience with its partnership with Verizon that has even collaborated with Pepsi in the past to offer an enchanting 360-degree experience during the famous Super Bowl halftime show.
