County Broadband Aims to Expand its Services Exponentially by 2027
UK-based reputed telecommunications firm County Broadband has announced an exciting plan to grow its broadband business. The company plans to expand its manpower capacity to create a team of 270 adept professionals by 2022. It is also aiming to expand its broadband services to 5,00,000 premises by 2027.
The company will hire numerous people for its different departments like network operations, designing, IT, customer services, community engagement, etc., very soon. Lloyd Felton, Founder and Chief Executive of County Broadband, said: “This is another important milestone for County Broadband as we continue to grow our team to build and deliver the future-ready broadband services the East of England so desperately needs.
Its latest endeavor will help local communities to get access to high-speed broadband services and in meeting data demands. It will help in hybrid working, streaming, and accessing online services. One of the officials of County Broadband says we are going to roll out FTTP infrastructure to over 220 villages across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire.
At the start of this year, County Broadband had secured £100 million in private investment from Aviva Investors. Back then in 2018, it secured £46 million from the same investors to boost its business prospects.
County Broadband works with an aim to enhance rural broadband connectivity in the east of England. It specializes in providing full-fiber services and offers very reliable, fast, and hyper- fast broadband services that are future-ready.
