Cisco Releases A New Product to Detect Network Issues in Advance
American multinational technology conglomerate Cisco recently launched an innovative tech product to identify network issues in advance. It is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based product that can be easily deployed anywhere and can be applied over WAN, SD-WAN, optical & hybrid networks.
Cisco is a renowned name in the field of IT & networking that develops and sells leading-edge networking hardware, software, and various other services and products. This newly unveiled cloud-based system takes data from multiple sources, processes at high speed, and does analysis to find meaningful insights to make forward-looking predictions. It issues a red flag whenever it detects any degradation of performance and expected path breaks to help technicians act on time to ensure seamless and uninterrupted quality services.
The idea to start working on this system was first approved in 2019. Since then the CISCO team was working to create an advanced algorithm that can detect issues on time that too while maintaining accuracy and scalability. The company had launched a trial version of this product some 18 months ago and gave a few selected customers the opportunity to try it to gauge its effectiveness. It has been observed that the early adopters saw major benefits in terms of time and money. After its positive response, the company decided to unveil it at a large scale.
