Arqiva owns 1450 broadcast transmission sites, 80 satellite ground stations and an IoT utilities connected platform that is accessed by 12 million premises.<\/p>\n<p>Digital 9 Infrastructure will pay \u00a3459.3 million for the holding. Recently, the company raised \u00a3300 million with its IPO. The funds will be used to make investments in subsea fibre, Nordic data centre and edge data centre platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed investment will boost reliable connectivity, support sustainable economic development, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and encourage innovation.
